I switched to changing my bedsheets every week... and I think it helped my skin more than any product I've bought.
This is going to sound really obvious, but I genuinely never thought about it.
I was always looking for a new face wash or moisturizer because I'd randomly get breakouts on my cheeks. Nothing terrible, just enough to annoy me.
A friend came over one day and asked how often I changed my pillowcase.
I said, "Whenever I remember."
Apparently that answer was worse than I thought.
I started changing my pillowcase every 3-4 days and washing my bedsheets every week. Didn't buy any new skincare products or change my routine.
A month later I realized I wasn't breaking out nearly as much.
Could be a coincidence, but it was honestly a bigger improvement than some $30-$40 skincare products I've tried over the years.
Now I'm wondering how many grooming problems are actually habit problems instead of product problems.
Has anyone else had one tiny change make a surprisingly big difference?
Not necessarily skincare either. Hair, beard, hygiene... anything where you thought, "Why didn't I start doing this years ago?"
