Marvell AQtion 10G network adapters on Asrock W790 WS issue.

I have two identical machines on the above platform. All of the network infrastructure is 10G Netgear switches. All cable is cat6a. For some reason, regardless of BIOS version or driver version all of my 10G ports are stuck at 5G and exhibit very strange behaviour whilst using them to decode NDI video (their main use case)

Is there anyone here who has come across this issue before, or is there something configured incorrectly in the BIOS. It has been left stock other than adjusting fan curves and checking resize bar is enabled. I have plugged directly into the 10G switch with both machines and still am only seeing 5G. The balance of upload vs download packets is also strangely far larger on up than down.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. We are a busy and very small production studio hoping to be back up and running as soon as possible!
