The Autoimmune Care Experience Survey was created to better understand the real-world experiences of people living with, being evaluated for, or seeking answers about autoimmune conditions.

The survey explores areas such as the diagnostic process, communication and coordination between healthcare providers, symptoms and flares, lab results, medications, and the overall challenges of navigating autoimmune care.

This is independent market and product research intended to identify gaps in the current healthcare experience and help inform the potential development of future healthcare tools and services.

Participation is completely voluntary, and all responses are anonymous. Please do not include personally identifying information in open-ended responses. Participants must be 18 or older.
