What is the best Dolby Vision setting (HDR) for the Homatics R 4k Plus ATV14?

I recently noticed that when I configure the HDR options on the Homatics Android TV to "Sink device-led" or "Source device-led" and enable "Match content dynamic range," the colors in movies look much better on HBO Max. However, when playing the content (Superman 2025), the LG C4 TV doesn't play the content in Dolby Vision, and the Disney logo doesn't appear. But when I disable "Match content dynamic range," the colors become more orange and a little darker, and the TV displays information indicating that the content is playing in Dolby Vision.

Why does this happen?

This doesn't happen with Disney+ content.
