I'am Stick...

Hi, I'am really enjoying the game, but I'am Stuck... I finished the second chapter, placed the tree of Life (Is doing nothing), maxed all housing and all service Building. Now i keep upgrading production and luxuries, while upgrading the army with honor... But how to keep going? I see post of other unit, settlement, build ecc... What i'am missing?

Edit. Sorry for the title...🥲
