How do I get rid of acne, depuff my face and more?

What should I do to get rid of my acne, depuff my face, get a slimmer nose and bigger eyes (they’re sorta puffy cuz dark circles etc) For acne I’ve literally tried so many things for YEARS and nothing really works. I’m really stressed rn cuz I have a bunch of exams and mocks so my acne is super bad rn and I look like shit 😭😭
