Xiaomi 15, I don't receive HyperOS 3

I have the European version of the Xiaomi 15 and I have not received HyperOS 3, nor version 2.0.225; I am on 2.0.222.0WOCEUXM. I already tried changing the region, also when I try to install it manually it tells me "You can't flash this ROM", and I don't have the bootloader unlocked. What I do?
