Meh? Meh bleh bleh bleh heh?

How come my condition is apical but the SEPTUM is 30mm thick? My type affects the apex, and my septum is thicker than most people with septal hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. What is this? How is the apical type making the septum thicker than it should be, even compared to people with septal hypertrophic cardiomyopathy?
