IBM Hiring Experience — Multiple Job ID changes, BGV done, approvals pending for weeks. Anyone been through this?

Hey everyone,

I went through IBM's interview process recently and wanted to share my experience and hear from others who've been through something similar.

My timeline so far:

Cleared all interview rounds (late April)

BGV submitted and completed

Original Job ID closed → status went to "No Longer in Consideration"

HR manually moved my profile to a 2nd Job ID

2nd Job ID also closed → same status flip

Now tagged to a 3rd Job ID, status showing "Interview in Progress"

Still waiting — no offer, no rejection for the 3rd ID

My questions for the community:

Has anyone experienced multiple Job ID changes at IBM before finally getting an offer?
