Looking for help

Hello, I am a 20 years old student and IBS is slowly ruining my life. I am begging everyone for help. My symptoms started this January with stomach pain, constant feeling like I am going to poop my pants or that I am not going to make it to the toilet. Then I had cramps, switches for diarrhea to constipation, panic attacks and extreme sweating when I am outside and realize I don’t have access to the bathroom. It has affected my life in many different ways, I stopped going to my University classes, my social life is non existent, I lost 11 kilos and I am on brink of depression. I haven’t had a haircut in 3 months due to the fear of something unwanted happening. Whenever I go outside I have cramps and anxiety. All my test came back perfect, they found Candida which I successfully got rid of but the problems still remain. I got a colonoscopy and everything was fine. I started a low fodmap diet, which I have heard about here and the problems are still present. I am falling behind in education, not seeing my friends and my boss is unsatisfied with my results, just because I cant function normally with IBS. What do you recommend, how to reduce flare ups, anxiety, are there any tips and tricks or foods that will calm me down? Marijuana is not legal in my country so that is not an option. Thank you in advance and I am really happy to find yall here, I finally feel understood.
