PSA: No more free Office products for former students

In case somebody comes wondering, Microsoft changed their Education A1 plan (the free plan that IRSC gives to former students) so that Desktop versions of Office are no longer available. This is true for any institution that puts their Alumni in the A1 plan.

I noticed the recent "downtimes" was essentially a way to reset the licenses since those in A1 would get free Desktop Office until now.
