No Score, added as an AU. New ITIN

Hello, i am 21 and new to the USA. I currently reside at Anaheim at a Friend (I heard location or Zipcode affects Score so thats why i am mentioning it). I currently only have an ITIN.

So i have obviously zero credit score here, snd got added as an AU by my friend who has a credit score of 773 which is excellent i believe. He has perfect history so low utilizatoon, no missed payments and 5 year+ Credit Age. He is at Chase, which AFAIK reports the entire Credithistory unlike Amex.

I was wondering once statements come in and i get reported to the credit bureus, 1. what can i realistically expect to be my credit score WITHOUT having applied or having a card ever? And 2. Will i be able to instantly apply and be pre approved for an unsecured Starter Credit Card like Chase Freedom Flex? If yes how long should i be using it before applying for Travel Cards as i am travelling a lot.
