What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it.

Good afternoon everyone,
I’m currently looking to grow my career in IT, specifically in the networking field with my long-term goal of becoming a Network Architect. Right now, I’m in a helpdesk position, but I’m eager to transition into something that allows me to apply my hands-on experience with network configuration, troubleshooting, and security. I've had no luck in the last year in finding anything.

I hold CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications and have over 7 years of experience supporting and maintaining network systems, setting up VPNs, configuring firewalls, and working with Cisco and VMware environments. I’ve also built a home lab where I simulate enterprise networks to sharpen my skills.

If anyone knows of entry- to mid-level Network Engineer or Network Analyst opportunities, I’d really appreciate any leads, advice, or connections. I’m passionate about continuous learning and ready to take the next step in my networking career. I will link my resume and would love any feed back on that as well.

Thank you all for your time and support, any help or guidance means a lot!
