Stuck

Hi, can you help me? I am stuck. I lack sheet metal. I cannot deconstruct anymore where I am. I have to build bio generator and 1 sheet metal is missing. I think, the problem is that I built too much of these metal and plank storages. I cannot continue since i cannot obtain more sheet metal anywhere. Any ideas?
