Help

I just had to buy a new computer since my all in one hp stopped working after a month, so I set it up and put my IGEL in to do a tech leave for Tuesday and it stays on the 0S12 screen then my cpu starts beeping and nothing happens, does anyone know why? It's stressing me out 😭
