Azure App - Location Mapping

With map by Group Membership, we have split site where users have multiple groups, it seems to pick one at random and assign the location.

Im thinking I can use group mapping for most of our users and in situations like this to use Location Name mapping. The Group mapping would be used for the majority of users and Location mapping would be for this site. So all other sites in location mapping would be blank.

Just wanting to make sure there would be no issue with enabling both mapping options. Assuming there are no conflicts between the two methods.
