Office coffee as a semi-passive income stream?

I work in a small office with around 25 people. Our coffee is awful. It got me thinking, what if someone just placed a decent espresso machine in offices and handled refills once a week?

Seems like offices would pay for convenience, and the owner wouldn't need a storefront or employees.

Anyone doing this? Curious about realistic monthly income per location.
