Contact form with Site Creator Lite

Hey everyone!
I’m currently trying to make a small portfolio website, and I wanna add a contact form with:
- the sender’s name
- the sender’s email address
- the sender’s message

From what I understand, it’s supposed to automatically send me an email with all the info. However, whatever I do, it never works and never and I don’t receive anything. I changed the email which is supposed to receive the message, I waited to make sure it wasn’t just because the website was to recent, I tested it using another browser where I’m not logged in Infomaniak?
Is it because I’m using the free Lite version? Should I upgrade to a paid version? Should I give up on using Site Creator and switch to WordPress or pure HTML?
