📍 JOB DETAILS
Position: US Healthcare Recruitment Specialist
Location: UP Techno hub, Quezon City
Schedule: Night Shift | US Working Hours
Start Date: October 12, 2026
Contract: 12 Months

🏢 Work Arrangement:
• First 6 months: Fully On-Site
• Next 6 months: Hybrid
• Hybrid Setup: 2–3x RTO per week

ARE YOU THE ONE WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
✅ 1+ year of US Healthcare Recruitment experience — REQUIRED
✅ 3+ years of overall US Recruitment experience
✅ Background in In-House, RPO, or Agency Recruitment
✅ Strong experience in sourcing, screening, candidate coordination, and onboarding
✅ Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills
✅ Willing to work ON-SITE at UP Technohub, Quezon City
✅ Amenable to Night Shift / US Working Hours
