Day 6 of trial counter climbing. 2 new product ideas came out of last night.

Day 6 of the trial count growing. 2 trials 6 days ago. today there are more (not gonna jinx it with the exact number). Didnt run any marketing yesterday. Didnt post more. Didnt change the landing page.

847 total users now. 9 paid. Im still not sure why this is happening and Im scared to touch anything.

The other thing. Spent last night going through Mixpanel and Supabase and RevenueCat data side by side. Found two things in the funnel nobody asked me about but the data is very clear on. Two new ideas Im going to validate this week before I build either of them.

not gonna share the ideas here yet. classic indie dev mistake is talking about the thing before you have tested whether anyone actually wants it. I will talk about whichever one survives the week.
