SWB Geo Numbers

I'm looking into putting a carbon fork on my SWB. Trying to get a full picture of geo changes should I divert from from the 435mm Axle to crown and 55mm offset of the stock Jones fork.

Has anyone done the hard work of calculating the later SWB full geo numbers? Bike Insights only has a 2018 Plus SWB (unsure of gen changes since mine was bought in 2025). The Bike Insights entry is also missing some stats like top-tube length and fork length.

I could create a variant based on the geo on Bike Insights, but I don't know how accurate it would be. I could also take measurements myself on my bike, but without a proper measuring setup, my measurements will have some degree of error to them.

The question I'm trying to answer now is the effect of putting on slightly shorter (Crust) fork (400mm vs. 435mm) and reduced rake (47mm vs. 55mm).

This will obviously create:

  • A steeper head tube angle
  • shorter wheelbase
  • reduced trail?

But by how much is what I'm trying to gauge based on geo numbers. Alternatively, if there are recommendations for a carbon fork that more closely matches the SWB fork I'd love to hear about it.
