Looking for someone (preferably female) to take my roommate's spot on our 2 bd/2 ba lease in West LA (90025)! You would have the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and large closet.

**Rent:** $1,987 + Utilities

**Move in Date:** 8/18

**Location:** Situated just south of Brentwood and East of Santa Monica, the apartment is walkable to a few restaurants/businesses, but is largely in a residential part of town. It's a 30-40min. walk to Sawtelle and there's a Ralph's less than a 10 min. walk away. It's also walkable to the E line and several bus stops.

**Apartment Features:** In-unit laundry, central heat/AC, a balcony, an elevator, and parking (tandem, but right in front of an outlet if you have an EV level 1 charger handy). The square footage is estimated to be 1300+ and the space feels very large.

**About me:** I'm in my late 20s, working full time in advertising. My hobbies include playing tennis, traveling, and trying new restaurants around town. I cook semi-often and play the guitar (at a reasonable volume or in headphones) even less often. Usually, I'm in bed by a cool 10:30pm - occasionally I will enjoy a night out, but never bring the party home.

I also wfh 3x/week from my bedroom.I would prefer a roommate that is also a working professional in their mid 20s-early 30s without a pet. Proof of income (3x rent gross) will be required. Please message me if you are interested!
