The Grant Cardone Real Estate Masterclass is a high-level training program where Cardone teaches how he built a multi-billion-dollar real estate portfolio—mainly through apartment (multifamily) investing.

It’s based on a 2-day intensive workshop (now available online), where he shares:

How to find profitable real estate deals

How to finance properties (even with little money)

How to raise money from investors

How to build long-term passive income

The course is designed for both beginners and experienced investors.

💡 How This Course Is Helpful
1. Step-by-step real estate investing knowledge
The course breaks down:

How to analyze deals

How to avoid bad investments

How to negotiate and close

This can save beginners from costly mistakes and shorten the learning curve.

2. Focus on scaling (not small deals)
Cardone strongly emphasizes:

Buying larger properties (like apartments)

Scaling fast instead of buying single houses

This is important because larger deals often:

Produce more consistent income

Attract better financing options

3. Learning financing & leverage
One of the biggest benefits is understanding:

How to use bank loans and investor money

How to invest with little or no personal capital

This is key in real estate because most wealthy investors use leverage (other people’s money).

4. Real-world strategies (not just theory)
The course teaches actual strategies Cardone claims to use, like:

Buying off-market deals

Refinancing properties

Exiting deals for higher returns (e.g., 3X return strategies)

💰 How It Helps Create Passive Income
The core idea of the course is:

👉 Buy income-producing properties (especially apartments)
👉 Rent them out
👉 Collect monthly cash flow

What you learn about passive income:
How to create cash flow from rent

How to structure deals so income continues long-term

How to scale from one property to multiple

Cardone focuses on multifamily properties, which generate:

Monthly rental income

Lower risk (multiple tenants vs one)

The course claims to teach a “formula for creating passive income streams that last forever.”

🏢 How It Helps You Buy Apartments
This is one of the biggest focuses of the program.

You learn:
How to identify profitable apartment buildings

How to calculate if a deal is good (underwriting)

How to raise money from investors

How to get bank financing

Why apartments?
Cardone’s strategy is:

Avoid single-family homes

Focus on large apartment complexes

Because:

More units = more income

Easier to scale wealth

Stronger long-term appreciation

⚠️ Important Reality Check
While the course can be valuable, there are a few things to keep in mind:

1. It’s expensive
Around $10,000+ for the full masterclass

2. It’s not a guarantee
The course gives knowledge—but you still need action, capital, and time

Most people won’t succeed without consistent effort

3. Mixed opinions online
Some people find value, while others are skeptical about:

High pricing

“Get rich” marketing style

Example from Reddit:

“Nothing works because of the thing… it works because you make it work.”
