We're building a Reddit community around business, law, and tech here's why, and what you can expect from us.
Most Reddit communities that discuss business, law, or technology do so insilos. What's missing is a space where all three intersect — because in practice, they always do.If you're running a business in India today, your legal questions don't exist separately from your tech decisions or your operational workflows.
The contract you sign with a vendor affects the software you use to manage deliverables. The compliance requirements you navigate shape how you document your internal processes. These things are connected, and advicethat treats them as isolated topics is only half useful. That's the gap we're here to fill. Legatio is a legal-tech platform built for Indian businesses, and we're starting this community for three reasons :
First, to offer genuine advice at the intersection of business, law, and technology. We'll answer questions, share frameworks, and flag the connections people miss when they're only looking at one part of the problem.
Second, to document our own journey publicly. We're building Legatio inthe open — the decisions we make, the experiments we run, the things we get wrong and rebuild. We'll post regular updates here, ask for your recommendations and suggestions, and treat this community as a genuine sounding board, not an audience.
Third, to build an educational resource that actually reflects how Indian businesses operate. Most legal and business content online is written for Western markets. The compliance landscape, the documentation requirements, the workflow realities of an Indian startup or SMB aredifferent — and underserved. We want to change that with content that's actually usable for someone building a company in India today.
We're starting with a simple ask: what questions do you have at theintersection of business, law, and technology that you haven't been able toget a straight answer on? Drop them below. That's where we start.
