GX550 (radar cruise control) vs X7 (drivers assistance)

I was lucky enough to be allocated a 550 luxury plus with an ETA in June. I was surprised that the GX does not have some level of hands free driving, parking assistance, auto lane change…etc.

I could not be more excited about the GX, but was curious as to any insights as to why these features are not part of the standard or pay for packages.
