Payment using APK?

I know you can use the top up shop but it doesn't include the monthly pass or battle pass which was what I was wanting (and it would be great to get all these limited time deals that pop up). I've done a little bit of research and people are saying to use a VPN which I tried. If it's not possible it sucks but does anyone know if there's anyway to pay is US using the APK download.
