Apartment available in neighboring area - North Center!
Hi good people! So why you should rent my apartment? Because like any good relationship, it's trustworthy (VERY safe neighborhood (this is a biggie)), it's reliable (responsive maintenance, central heat & AC, etc.), and will feed you (no, the building won't, but you can walk to Jewel, TJ's, or any restaurant and stuff your huge pantry full of snacks).
I am moving out of state and am subleasing my awesome apartment in North Center. Ideally a Nov 1 move in date, although we're diving to San Diego, so you can move in a few days before that. Reach out if you or anyone you know is interested!
