Story levels sometimes just refuse to load.

Does anyone else have this problem? It just happens sometime, and it happens on my phone and on bluestacks. I can restart the game to no avail. I can still see the mouse and the click animation, and the seems to still be running but the screen is just black, for whatever reason. Does anyone have a fix to this?
