Fails to drive in a straight line

Hello all, Got mine a few days ago and it hasn't gone well. Besides the machine complaining that the sock isn't in a zone(1ft from it) my mower fails to drive in a straight line, thus leaving patches of unmowed grass. Submitted a ticket with them last week and I'm still waiting to hear from them...

Grumble grumble....
