Alo refund ?

I’m trying to get a refund for an order, but the delivery company is DHL. They’re telling me that if I choose the option to have the package left at my door without a signature, I have to sign a “delivery release” saying that DHL and the sender are not responsible if something happens to the package after it’s delivered.
Otherwise, they will only deliver it if I’m there to sign for it.
What should I do? Should I sign the release, or is it better to require a signature?
