The government decision to bury, the human right violation

To the point, it's the shittiest work from this government and will remain top 5 of last 100 years. The family must have the right of their deceased one, and they must say goodbye on their own terms. And this government f*cked the emotions of all those families. It's inhumane act.

The government can build a cold storage in less than a day or two, as there are many companies who can do so.

In worse case scenario, they can buy 400 D-fridge and keep a body there, until they handover to families and relatives, after identifying through national database of fingerprint.

They may have done it to suppress possible criticisms and preventing headline like it was at the funeral of september protest. But, It's gonna hamper in long run, massively among foreigners. Why would someone visit a country when the government doesn't returns the dead body of a visitor and it's own citizens to it's family.

Are there any lawyers here who can file a writ/interim order? I'm not rich enough, but if I had money, I would definitely had hired a lawyer and went to court. It violates article 16 and 26 of our constitution. I regret not continuing law.

Mind challenging this government in the court?
