Referral programs that actually work vs. the ones that just sound good in a meeting
Giving a patient $25 off for referring a friend sounds fine until you realize most of your best patients are not motivated by $25. They refer because they trust you and it reflects well on them when their friend has a great outcome.
The referral programs I have seen work best make the referring patient look good, not just save them money. Exclusive access, recognition, a thank you that feels personal.
What is your referral program actually doing in terms of new patient volume? Numbers, not vibes.
