Thinking of niching our web agency into med spas and aesthetics, would love feedback on the offer

Hey all, running a small web agency (7 years, 40+ clients) and seriously considering niching hard into one space: med spas, laser studios, beauty clinics, and aesthetics.

Before I commit, I wanted to sanity-check the offer with people who actually run service businesses or work in the space.

What I'm thinking:

• €89/mo with no setup fee, or €890 one time
• Custom design, hosting, unlimited edits, booking widget, monthly reports
• First few clients would skip the setup fee in exchange for a testimonial

Questions I'm wrestling with:

• Does €89/mo feel fair for this, or off (too high, too low)?
• Is the subscription model even attractive for med spa owners, or would most prefer one time?
• What's missing from the offer that would make it a no-brainer?
• For those in the niche, what does your current site setup look like and what frustrates you about it?

Genuinely trying to figure out if this is worth pursuing or if I'm missing something obvious. Any feedback welcome, good or bad.
