Meta Glasses Microphone Issues

The microphone for my meta view glasses does not respond to my voice. I’ve tried all the suggested processes to resolve the issue to no avail. This same problem occurred with my previous pair of MetaView glasses but b/c I lost any proof of purchase I purchased a new pair—-which now has the same problem. Anyone one else have this problem?

Please help, this is ridiculous. There seems to be a design defect in the glasses.
