Metazoo lot

I am trying to sell everything together, I will be prioritizing buyers that are interested in the whole lot. Here are the photos of all the items: https://imgur.com/a/gXzLVMF

Kickstarter uncut sheet: $100; It is in fair condition, it was only taken out of the cardboard container once for pictures.

Kickstarter promo cards and promo box: 50

Kickstarter playmat: $30; The playmat is in new condition, it has never been used.

First sighting Snoligoster 99/99: $100

Holiday ornaments: $20; They come with the original cards inside an open pack

If you’re at all interested let me know, I am being loose on the condition as it can be very subjective and don’t want to give it a higher condition rating. I am looking for 200 for the whole lot.
