Do PRI uppers need barrel break in? Context below.

I just joined the Mk12 Mod 0 gang today and have not shot the gun yet. The upper is PRI, brand new from Operation Parts. It came with a slip of paper from PRI explaining the barrel break in process, but the final sentence before the instructions says "The below process was started on all PRI uppers."

Does this mean I still need to follow the process from the beginning, follow it from the middle, or that the process is complete and I don't need to continue it?
