Not receiving email confirmation

Trying to send crypto to my Wealthsimple account. NDAX says to complete by confirming via email. Not getting any email. Also sold some crypto and tried transferring the funds to my bank acvount account. Again NDAX says to complete the transaction be verying the email. No such email received.

Also, can no longer find a “contact support” link in the app. Was it removed?
