No Eye Soft Dialog

For those who don't know, the dialog you get during this boss encounter is written in binary and you can translate it by typing it in to a binary to text converter online. Each 8 number sequence represents one text character. You'll need to separate each 8 digit sequence with a space in the converter. The converted text won't have any spaces between words. It takes a couple minutes to convert it all but I managed to do it. I translated it in full a couple weeks ago before I found this subreddit but unfortunately it turns out I didn't get a screenshot of the complete translation, only the beginning part I believe. If you do it correctly the first little bit should translate "didyouskipsomepercentagesto"... If you have the full translation post it here for those who don't want to spend 10 minutes typing it in. Maybe tomorrow if I have time I'll go back and get the full translation after work.
