What do you guys think of this situation with Jaxs ashes and paw print?

Apparently they didn’t use his real paw print for the memorial Eric ordered. Did they even use a real cat’s paw or just mass print off? Is it even Jax’s ashes in there? I wonder if they just mass burn animals even though he ordered a private burial.

What’s the solution here? Lawsuit? I’m sure he could take it to court
