O2 customer service scammers....

Be careful when calling the customer service team... their is a scam going where they'll get you to order something simple "free of charge" and then send you a top of the line phone all officially contracted in your name and then they'll call you back saying it was a mistake and get you to send it to a random house and not the official o2 returns address thus the phone goes down as stolen and you get forked with the full price of the phone and the scammer gets away with a brand new phone....

Do not fall for it... if this happens call o2 fraud team and report it if this happens...

I'm sure they have an inside man as they gave me my address and card details before I even prompted them too... which would be impossible if they didn't have direct access to their data... call o2 on the 0344 number and make sure its not an 0333 number they also try to cold call of 020 numbers for the same scam

Stay frosty out there and wind them up if they cold call you 😉
