need help OP-XY error change track, pitch changes

Hi guys,

I desperately need your support. Yesterday I finally bought an OP-XY and was very happy about it.

However when I started enthusiastically making music, everything sounded like a horror movie soundtrack. I found out, that whenever I record a track and every pitch is how I intended, then when I switch the track to record another instrument, the first track is played half a note lower, destroying the pitch (see short video attached).
I already set to factory settings and updated the firmware to 1.0.45, but the problem persists. I found nothing of it in the internet.

Can anybody help me? Is the device broken? But it is only software right?
