Short Staffed

Anybody else have an SM who despite seeing that our very busy store (50/50 Commercial and Retail) is down to three full timers for the front counter for the entire week and seems like they outright refuse to look at applications, or schedule interviews? I’m getting worn out here and I know my other two guys are too. For reference at this point in time last year, we had 10 heads exclusively working retail, and now we’re down to 3 as I stated earlier.
