Sol : A new rust opentelemetry based agent (Datadog Vector fork)

Hello there!

I am interested in having feedbacks about Sol: a memory / CPU efficient agent which beats otelcolcontrib (OpenTelemetry Collector Contrib) on ressource efficiency while keeping throughput high.
