Yesterday I masturbated after almost a year of not doing so. I ended up doing it “dry”, without lubrication, and very quickly (it took about 1 minute). After about 30 minutes, when I went to urinate, I noticed that my penis was swollen, even looking like phimosis. Is this normal?
