Chilipad Dock Pro vs Orion Sleep

Hi All,

I'm in the market for my first bed heating/cooling system and I think I'm going to pull the trigger on the Chilipad system. Before I do, I wanted to check if anyone has had any first hand experience with both and their thoughts.

My criteria when searching was a system that wasn't air based, dual-zone, and could do heating and cooling. I'm not interested in any analytics or subscription based service. Looking at the posts here, it appears that the subscription with Orion is optional (even though I don't appear to be able to check out without it).

Comparing prices, it looks like I can pick up the Chilipad WE system w/ 2 year warranty for more than $450 cheaper (using coupon). For my use case, I don't see this being worth the additional cost, but interested in any insight from someone that's had experience with both.
