Kalinga Partylist

Ive been wondering these past few weeks if this partylist that is apparently owned by the pmcc is still active with donations and assisting people during the typhoons that passed through. i feel like ive seen jonathan push out of the country homefrees and praying more than actually helping those people who are in need. i get that prayer fixes almost everything but did praying really helped those who drowned? dont get me wrong i understand its not their job but they advertise their partylist as if people can really depend on them during crisis like what they advocate for.
