Hair follicle test and opiates

I use opiates occasionally, just a few tabs or percs about once a month and recently stopped smoking weed about 2 weeks ago. I have a hair follicle test coming up in a 3 weeks to a month from now. I have very long thick hair. Does anyone have any experience with the old style aloe shampoo and ultra clean? And if so how many applications did you need to pass? I’ve searched and searched but only find results for passing for THC. I definitely will be stopping after this scare just need some advice.
