The cooling is too fast.
I’m not a forensic specialist but I’ve heard multiple people who deal with cooling bodies (such as people who chill people for certain types of surgeries) say the cooling was too fast.
AI seems to think it would take at least 1.5-4 hours. Absolute worse case scenario 1 hour even if the bodies capacity to thermally regulate was offline due to brain injury.
It takes a few minutes after Patrick calls 911 for EMS to arrive and a few minutes for them to stabilise her before moving her to the ambulance. Is she still cooling even if covered in blankets because her thermal regulation is offline?
Otherwise the timeline is insanely tight… like her hanging up with Patrick and immediately taking a header out the window.
I don’t want to be a conspiracy nut but the only evidence that Lindsay wasn’t already incapacitated when Patrick left the house was a call to a store clerk who never knew Lindsay’s voice and a phone call that could be faked off a cellular enabled smart watch which miraculously didn’t get picked up as evidence the first time the house was searched…. Or not so miraculously if it wasn’t there when they searched it. Why were the cams off?
I don’t want to accuse someone whose kids died. But it’s weird. It’s weird that in order to have been remarried this year he was probably dating Lindsay’s doppelgänger within a year of their deaths. He divorced his wife without having to pay extensive child support or alimony and it looks like given the date of Lindsay’s arrest warrant he was never investigated. He simply moved on with a huge amount of sympathy, donated money and zero baggage.
All in all mass has a TERRIBLE record with actually investigating crimes. He might be completely innocent but because there was almost zero investigation he will have suspicion from a large population of people forever.
