s24 ultra doesnt link even though it detects

Just got a new S24 Ultra yesterday and trying Phone Link on Windows 10.

Both the app on phone and computer are updated to the most recent version. Computer detects Galaxy S24 Ultra and displays it on the top left, but is always offline and doesn't connect even if I refresh.

Phone displays my computer's name and says it's linked and connected successfully, but pressing on the > arrow key or the settings cogwheel does nothing.

Restarted both devices.

Both devices are on the same network.

Both devices have Bluetooth enabled.

Please help?
