Staying comfortable year-round isn’t just about comfort - it’s about **efficiency**, **health**, and **protecting your investment**.
Modern air conditioners can cool in summer and heat in winter, and some models are equipped with special indoor air filters that remove dust, pollen, and other particles, making the air cleaner and healthier.
Without regular maintenance, performance drops, energy use rises, and these health benefits are reduced.

# The Business

Offer air conditioning maintenance services to homes and small businesses:

* Clean or replace standard or high-grade indoor air filters
* Inspect electrical cables, contactors and capacitors
* Clear drain lines and vents
* Check refrigerant pressure

Many customers are unaware that optimal gas pressure slowly declines over time. Restoring it improves cooling efficiency and often lowers energy bills making this a service that pays for itself.

# Upsell & Expansion Opportunities

* Gas Refill - for those with the skills, this adds value and efficiency in a single visit
* Wi-Fi Smart Thermostat Setup - for comfort and cost savings
* Full A/C Installations - a high-margin service you can learn through a short online or in-person HVAC course

# Geographic Growth Opportunity

While this service is relevant anywhere, Europe is now emerging as a fast-growing A/C market.
Extreme summer heat is becoming the new normal, even in regions where air conditioning used to be rare. This is driving demand for both new installations and maintenance services - especially from customers unfamiliar with owning A/C systems.
